This website
smallbizcfo.com is a static site. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and has no forms that send us data — the readiness check is scored in your browser and nothing you check leaves the page. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when they are fetched.
Booking a call
Scheduling runs through TidyCal, a third-party booking provider. The name, email address, and anything else you enter there is collected by TidyCal under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.
If you become a client
Client work happens in a private, access-controlled client portal — not over this website and not over plain email attachments. Financial records you provide there are used only to perform the engagement, are encrypted at rest, and are not sold or shared with third parties except as needed to perform the services, as authorized by you, or as required by law. We ask for financial totals only, and specifically ask you not to send customer lists with personal details or clinical, legal, or otherwise confidential records about the people you serve.
